Patricia specializes in complex commercial litigation, and is currently Vice Chair of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association; she will serve as Chair in 2003-2004. Ms. Refo is a member of the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Evidence for the United States Judicial Conference, and is a frequent lecturer on litigation related topics.
