Jonathan is a founding partner of Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner and Steering Committee Chair Emeritus of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1). He has been involved in litigation and complex litigation management in tobacco cases, insurance coverage litigation, appellate matters, and general business litigation since 1991. Jonathan regularly addresses pre-litigation concerns and solutions, as well as litigation strategies, involving the discovery of electronic documents, legal issues concerning document retention policies and practices, and the use and management of technology in the courtroom. Jonathan is also on the Advisory Board for The Sedona ConferenceŽ.
