Jonathan M. Redgrave

Jonathan is a partner in Nixon Peabody's Washington, D.C. office and leads the firms' efforts in the area of Information Law. He is also Chair Emeritus of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1). He has been involved in litigation and complex litigation management in tobacco cases, insurance coverage litigation, appellate matters, and general business litigation since 1991. Jonathan regularly addresses pre-litigation concerns and solutions as well as litigation strategies involving the discovery of electronic documents, legal issues concerning document retention policies and practices, and the use and management of technology in the courtroom. Jonathan is also on the Advisory Board for The Sedona ConferenceŽ. Prior to Nixon Peabody, Jonathan was a founding partner of Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner, a partner at Jones Day and a principal with Gray Plant Mooty & Bennett, P.A.
