Dr. Rausser, Senior Consultant, is the Robert Gordon Sproul Distinguished Professor at the University of California, Berkeley. He is an expert in various economic, financial and litigation disciplines, including antitrust, asset evaluation, damage estimation, merger and statistical analysis, commodities futures markets, and industrial organization. Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Rausser was Dean of the College of Natural Resources at U.C. Berkeley, a co-founder of Law and Economics Consulting Group, Founder and former President of the Institute for Policy Reform, and Chief economist at the Agency for International Development.
