Margaret Jane Radin
Stanford University Law School, Stanford, CA
Radin is the
director of the Program in Law, Science and Technology at Stanford Law School,
where she holds the William Benjamin Scott & Luna M. Scott professorship. At
Stanford, she has pioneered a curriculum in Internet law including courses in ecommerce
and intellectual property in cyberspace. Radin also teaches patent law.
Her recent research has focused on liability risks associated with DdoS attacks, and
on the issue of contractual commitment in the digital environment. Radin coauthored
the first casebook on Internet commerce, Internet Commerce: The
Emerging Legal Framework (Foundation Press 2002).
