Ashish is a partner in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups, Chair of the Electronic Discovery and Records Management Group, and Co-Chair of the India Practice Group at Mayer Brown LLP. He has represented and counseled a wide variety of clients, and published and spoken extensively, on topics related to these practice areas. He serves, among other things, as Co-Editor in Chief of the forthcoming Practicing Law Institute treatise Electronic Discovery, Member of the Board of Directors of the US India Business Council, Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Law School, and Member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
