Rudy has earned distinction as a United States Magistrate and Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, and as a trial and appellate attorney with extensive experience. He has served as an arbitrator and as special counsel, and in civil and regulatory matters; he has defended and prosecuted actions involving toxic torts, securities, intellectual property and a broad range of other business disputes.
