Carol is Assistant General Counsel responsible for counseling 3M's Consumer & Office Businesses. She was responsible, for example, for LePage's appeal and related litigation, and advises all 3M businesses on potential acquisitions and related (global) merger notifications. Prior to joining 3M, Carol was a partner with Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis where she was primarily involved in antitrust litigation, and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Hamline University School of Law in the area of Antitrust Law. She is a frequent lecturer on antitrust and litigation topics.
