Cheryl is a Certified Records Manager and Global Records & Information Manager for Cargill, Incorporated, one of the world's largest privately held companies and an international provider of food, agricultural and risk management products and services. She started her career at Cargill in 1972 and held positions including paralegal and legal records administrator in the Law Department. Cheryl has managed the Corporate Records function within Cargill since 1998. In November 2002 she formed the Records & Information Management Center of Expertise (RIM COE), which provides policies, procedures and best practices for managing paper and electronic records to Cargill business units and functions worldwide. Cheryl is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1). She has also been a member of ARMA International since 1987, serving as Treasurer, President-Elect, and President.
