Debra specializes in antitrust litigation and counseling and has extensive experience in complex private antitrust litigation (including concurrent federal and state class actions), lawsuits brought by the federal antitrust agencies, and merger investigations. Her counseling practice covers joint ventures and other collaborations with competitors, trade associations, Hart-Scott-Rodino regulations, gun jumping concerns, relations with distributors and customers, and the antitrust aspects of patent licensing. Debra is the Program Officer for the ABA's Section of Antitrust Law.
