Laura Owens is a partner in the Atlanta office of Alston & Bird, LLP. Her complex litigation practice includes drug and device products liability, mass torts and class actions. With 24 years of experience, Laura has extensive expertise in e-discovery. She has worked with the Sedona ConferenceŽ since 2003, participated in the initial E-Discovery National Workshop for Magistrate Judges, addressed the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules on the recent amendments to the Rules, and routinely advises clients and lawyers on e-discovery. Laura participates in a range of community activities, including service on the George Chamber of Commerce's Law and Judiciary Committee.
