Dr Nazzini has vast experience in competition law, arbitration, and litigation both in private practice and at the UK Office of Fair Trading. He advised on major cases involving alleged predatory/excess pricing by UK listed plc, cartels, vertical price restraints, parallel imports of pharmaceutical products, competition in the financial sector, construction arbitrations, and interim injunctions. His main competition policy projects in the UK, the EU and internationally (OECD and ICN) include the review of Article 82 EC, private enforcement, modernization, commitments and settlements, and procedural rights of third parties. He was a Visiting Professor at the University of Turin in 2004/05 and 2005/06 and is a frequent speaker at conferences in the UK and abroad.
