Dianne M. Nast
Roda & Nast, Lancaster, PA
Ms. Nast is a magna cum laude graduate of Rutgers University School of Law and is a member of the firm of Roda & Nast, P.C. in Pennsylvania. From 1976 to 1995, she was with the Philadelphia law firm of Kohn, Nast & Graf, P.C.
She chaired the Federal Judicial Center Foundation from 1992 through 2002, having been appointed by Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist. Ms. Nast chaired the Lawyers Advisory Committees for the Third Circuit and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served as a member of the Third Circuit Task Force on the of Selection of Class Counsel. She is a member of the American Bar Association Litigation Section, where she has served on the Task Force on State Justice Initiatives, Task Force on the State of the Justice System and Task Force on Strategic Planning. She served a three-year term on the Section's Council, served as a Section Division Director, and co-chaired the Section's Antitrust Committee. She served as a Delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates and the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. She served as a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Board of Governors. She was recently named as one of the Nation's top fifty women litigators by The National Law Journal and is listed in the 2003-2004 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Dianne M. Nast is on the Advisory Board for The Sedona Conference.
