Mr. Myrick is Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for General Electric Company. Prior to GE, he was a principal in the law firm of Fish & Richardson, and Assistant General Counsel of Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Myrick is President of Intellectual Property Owners, Inc., First Vice President of the AIPLA and a member of the Council of the ABA IP Section. He has been nominated by the U.S. to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Dispute Settlement Roster and is a member of the USPTO's Patent Public Advisory Committee. Mr. Myrick has published a multi-volume treatise relating to the subject of international litigation, and is a frequent author and speaker for meetings and seminars organized by such organizations as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), IPO, AIPLA, ABA, PLI and others covering intellectual property rights and a wide variety of topics.
