Professor Mueller teaches patent and intellectual property law courses in the school's J.D. and LL.M. programs. Prior to joining the John Marshall faculty, she taught at Suffolk University Law School in Boston and William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. Professor Mueller has published in the Berkeley Technology Journal, the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society, The Trial Lawyer, and AIPPI-Japan. She is also a member of Genentech' s Intellectual Property Advisory Board.
