Neil is a partner in the financial markets disputes group of Lovells, based in London, and is experienced in a broad range of mergers and acquisitions disputes and financial market problems, including regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings. He has considerable experience of the use of technology in large scale litigation. Neil is also a member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 9 - Sedona England & Wales.
