Prof. Arthur R. Miller

Professor Miller is the Bruce Bromley Professor of Law at Harvard, where he teaches civil procedure and engages in research on copyright law and the implications of computer technology for personal privacy. He has authored or co-authored more than 25 books on civil procedure, copyright and unfair competition, and remedies. Arthur is perhaps best known to the television-viewing public as the host of the weekly television series Miller's Court for eight years and in his role as moderator of several acclaimed PBS Socratic dialogues, including The Constitution: That Delicate Balance, Health Care in America, and The Presidency. He won an Emmy award for his role in The Sovereign Self.
