Paul is a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting and co-leader of their Litigation and Investigations practice area. He was the President and co-founder of Tucker Alan where he practiced until 2004. Paul is also a Consulting Professor at Stanford University where he has taught classes in Accounting, Economics and Finance for 15 years. He has consulted with Fortune 500 and other companies in many industries. He is the leader of Navigant Consulting's National Intellectual Property Practice and he has twenty-five years of experience consulting on financial, accounting, economic and damages matters, as well as significant testimony experience and credentials, including related to intellectual property damage and valuation issues, testifying on patent damages in, inter alia, federal courts in Delaware, Texas, Wisconsin and California.
