Paul is President and co-founder of TM Financial Forensics, LLC. He was formerly a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting and co-leader of their national intellectual property practice. Prior to his time at Navigant, Paul was President and co-founder of Tucker Alan Inc. He is a Consulting Professor at Stanford University where he teaches a graduate course in the School of Engineering and is a member of the Advisory Board at the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. Paul has assisted clients with financial, accounting, economic and damages matters for 30 years and has evaluated and quantified hundreds of economic damages claims. He has testified in over 200 depositions and approximately 70 trials and major arbitrations, including 35 jury trials. Paul's testimony has included federal and state court, the London Court of International Arbitration and the International Trade Commission.
