Lissi is the Director of the Central Reexamination Unit at the PTO. She is an 18-year veteran of the PTO, where she has served as an Examiner in Technology Center 3600, a Legal Examiner at the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Legal Office, and a Special Programs Manager for Technology Center 2800. She hold a B.S in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from Marymount University.
