Fabio is a member of the Intellectual Property Group at Orric and chair of the Strategic IP Counseling Group. His practice focuses on intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation. Before joining Orrick, Fabio was the co-chair of Bingham McCutchen's Intellectual Property Litigation and Patent Prosecution group. Prior to attending law school, he was a software consultant and system architect for several Fortune 100 clients.
