David is Vice President-Intellectual Property and Associate General Counsel at Wyeth. Prior to joining Wyeth in 2002, he was a partner at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner in Washington, D.C., where his practice focused on litigation involving biotechnology and pharmaceutical issues. David studied cellular and molecular biology at the University of Michigan, and was the managing editor of Rutgers Law Review.
