Tim specializes in the trial of high technology matters; including jury and bench cases, arbitrations, and mediations involving patent and other intellectual property matters throughout the United States. As a lead trial counsel, he has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements for his clients, including $166 million in Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. v Medtronic, Inc. For defendants, he has obtained numerous verdicts and judgments of invalidity and non-infringement. Tim holds BSEE and JD degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
