Cecil is Director of Industry Relations at LexisNexis® Discovery Services. In this role, he speaks and publishes on a wide variety of e-discovery topics. Prior to joining Discovery Services, Cecil was a trial attorney in private practice and with the U.S. Department of Justice. Cecil also serves as an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) where he teaches courses in electronic discovery, deposition skills, and trial advocacy. He is a former adjunct professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
