Myles V. Lynk
Kiewit Foundation Professor of Law & the Legal Profession, Tempe, AZ
Myles served on the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. Prior to joining the ASU College of Law faculty, Professor Lynk was a partner at the Washington, D.C. office of Dewey Ballantine LLP, practicing in the areas of corporate transactions and federal agency litigation. He has been a Visiting Professor at George Washington University and a Lecturer in Law at the University of Maryland. Lynk previously served as an Assistant Director on the White House Domestic Policy Staff; as a Special Assistant to Secretaries of Health, Education, and Welfare, Joseph A. Califano, Jr., and Patricia Roberts Harris; and as a law clerk to Judge Damon Keith of the Sixth Circuit. Lynk currently serves on the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules of the Judicial Conference of the United States, is a delegate to the House of Delegates of the ABA and a member of the American Law Institute.
