Ms. Lott, founding partner of her firm, has been named to the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals for the Resolution of Trademark Disputes, established by the Center for Public Resources/International Trademark Association (INTA). She presently serves on the Management Committee of INTA, and is a past member of the Board of Directors, and Past Chair of the Counterfeiting and NAFTA Task Forces, the Federal Legislation Committee, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
