Ralph is a partner of Jackson Lewis, LLP and serves as its National e-Discovery Counsel. He is the author of four books on electronic discovery law and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Florida. Ralph developed an online training course in e-discovery, e-DiscoveryTeamTraining.com, and is the principal contributor to the nation's leading blog on e-discovery commentary, e-DiscoveryTeam.com. He has been in private practice since 1980 and has limited his work to e-discovery since 2006.
