Pauline Levy is Senior Counsel with McDonald's Corporation. She is a member of McDonald's litigation team, which handles commercial, class action, franchise, real estate, intellectual property and other business disputes. She is the legal department's liaison to McDonald's records management department and she leads McDonald's e-discovery efforts. She has participated in drafting the McDonald's Records Management Policy, the company's litigation protocols and has served on cross functional teams dealing with electronic records, search and retrieval, departing employees, and other legal/records issues. Pauline is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
