Mark Leddy

Mark’s
practice concentrates on U.S. and European antitrust law and includes civil
and criminal litigation in U.S. federal and state courts, appearances before U.S.
and non-U.S. antitrust regulatory agencies, and the analysis of competitive
issues in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He spent fourteen years in
the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, departing in 1986 as Deputy Assistant Attorney
General. Mark has lectured at various universities in the U.S. and Europe, and
has participated in numerous panel discussions on criminal and civil antitrust
law.
