Monica is the chair of the Business Litigation practice group of Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP. Her expertise includes business torts, professional liability, insurance and real estate litigation, and covenants not to compete. Monica's practice includes both trial and appellate work, and she has experience both seeking and opposing applications for injunctive relief. She is the chair of the American Bar Association's National Institute on E-Discovery, and was a founding member of the Advisory Board of the Georgetown University E-Discovery Institute. Monica is an active member of The Sedona Conference^® Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
