Ms. LaMothe practices private dispute resolution throughout Southern California, and is affiliated with the American Arbitration Association’s Los Angeles office. She is also a frequent speaker and author on ADR topics. She was formerly Chair of the ABA Section of Litigation, a member of the Center for Public Resources, and of the ABA House of Delegates. She is presently a member of the Southern California Mediation Association, the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and the American Law Institute.
