Harvey is co-chairman of the Litigation Department and his practice covers complex commercial litigation, antitrust, patents, securities, ERISA and claims over contested works of art. He has been elected a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been selected for inclusion in the current editions of Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Litigation Lawyers, The International Who's Who of commercial Litigators, and Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation. In the antitrust area, Harvey has acted as trial counsel in major litigations for many years, including serving as lead trial counsel in re Brand Name Prescription Drugs Antitrust Litigation.
