Seymour Kurland

Mr. Kurland has been active in antitrust price-fixing cases for over 30 years, beginning with the electrical equipment manufacturing cases through multiple class action suits such as corrugated containers. He was involved in conspiracy issues before the U.S. Supreme Court in the landmark case of Poller v. Columbia Broadcasting Company. Mr. Kurland is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers, and a senior litigation partner in the Dechert firm. He has authored many articles in the antitrust field and is an active member of numerous Bar organizations.
