Kimberly is a partner with Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP. She acts as counsel in the general corporate and estate litigation areas with an emphasis on product liability, negligence actions, complex jurisdictional and cross-border disputes. As part of her litigation practise, Kimberly is a member of the legal team representing the Government of British Columbia in an action to recover tobacco-related health care costs from the tobacco industry. Kimberly is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 7, "Sedona Canada," and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to records retention and destruction and e-production in litigation.
