Rachel is the Managing Partner of the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster. Her litigation practice focuses in two areas: patent litigation and related proceedings, and fiduciary litigation. Rachel's patent controversy practice includes district court, International Trade Commission, and appellate experience, prelitigation and licensing strategy analysis, as well as experience in related proceedings, such as reexamination requests, interference proceedings, and interference appeals. Her cases involve a variety of electrical engineering and life sciences technologies. Rachel has also designed, or supervised the design of, numerous litigation support and damage study databases, and computer programs related thereto.
