John is the Chair of the Business and General Litigation Practice Group and is a member of the Board of Directors at Gray Plant Mooty. He serves the litigation needs of a wide range of business clients with particular focus on breach of contract, business torts, and real estate-related litigation. John has handled a variety of complex litigation matters in securities law, business fraud, and intellectual property, and recently has been lead counsel on two major pieces of litigation involving the rapidly growing area of the Pacific Rim.
