Eric started his career at Weisman Goldberg & Weisman (now Weisman, Kennedy & Berris) in 1980 and he has been managing partner of the firm since 1996. He maintains an active practice in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, automobile liability, security fraud and class actions and has been a frequent lecturer on these topics. He was an Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University School from 1982 through 1985, and has been listed in The Best Lawyer's in America since 1989. Eric was recognized by the National Law Journal as one of the Ten Best Trial Lawyers in the State of Ohio, and is an invited member of the Celebrezze Inn of Court, International Academy of Trial Lawyers, American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers.
