Mr. Jacobson has taken a lead role in many antitrust cases of national significance. These have included, most recently, PepsiCo v Coca-Cola and United States v Visa & Mastercard. He was also a primary draftsman of the argument for the victorious respondents in Eastman Kodak v Image Technical Services (1992). Mr. Jacobson regularly lectures and has published numerous law journal articles on litigation and antitrust issues.
