Jeff recently joined EED's national e-discovery consulting practice, having had extensive experience as Associate Litigation Counsel in MCI WorldCom, where he was responsible for managing all electronic discovery in connection with the securities litigation stemming from Worldcom's accounting irregularities and bankruptcy. He oversaw electronic discovery for all other MCI investigatory and commercial litigation matters between 2002 and 2006, and managed the electronic discovery in connection with the Department of Justice and FCC reviews of the Verizon-MCI merger. Following the Verizon-MCI merger in 2006, Jeff joined the Washington, DC office of DLA Piper as a Special Counsel in the litigation group, where he continued to advise the former MCI on electronic discovery, general litigation and records management matters.
