Dominic Jaar is counsel at Beaudin Legault, Bell Canada's legal department, where he specializes in technology-related matters and extraordinary remedies. Dominic is a regular author and speaker at CLE conferences on electronic discovery, knowledge management, and the use of experts and technologies to manage complex litigation. He is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 7 ("Sedona Canada") and contributed to drafting Canadian edition of The Sedona Principles. Dominic also hosts a blog, http://dominicjaar.blogspot.com, on which he discusses different legal issues on a daily basis. Prior to joining Beaudin Legault, Dominic was associated with Borden Ladner Gervais in their commercial litigation group.
