Dominic is legal counsel at Ledjit, an information management, e-discovery and law practice management consulting firm, where he helps clients manage the flow of information and increase their productivity by using technological tools. He also practices as a commercial litigator, specializing in technology-related matters. Dominic is a regular author and speaker at CLE conferences on electronic discovery, knowledge management, and the use of experts and technologies to manage complex litigation. He is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group 7 ("Sedona Canada") and contributed to drafting The Sedona Canada Principles. Dominic also hosts a personal blog, dominicjaar.blogspot.com, on which he discusses different legal and technological issues on a daily basis. Prior to founding Ledjit, he acted as legal counsel in commercial litigation at Bell Canada and was associated with Borden Ladner Gervais in their commercial litigation group.
