Dominic is Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Centre for Court Technology, which is devoted to improving access to justice through the use of technology. He is also President of Ledjit Counseling, an information management, eDiscovery and law practise management consulting firm, where he helps clients manage the flow of information and increase their productivity by using technological tools. Dominic is a regular author and speaker at CLE conferences on electronic discovery, knowledge management, and the use of experts and technologies to manage complex litigation. He is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group 7, "Sedona Canada," and contributed to drafting The Sedona Canada Principles. Dominic also hosts a personal blog, dominicjaar.blogspot.com, on which he discusses different legal and technological issues on a daily basis. Prior to founding Ledjit, he acted as legal counsel in commercial litigation at Bell Canada and was associated with Borden Ladner Gervais in their commercial litigation group.
