Jim is a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, where he has represented clients in securities, patent, copyright and antitrust litigations. Jim has significant experience with discovery in large, complex matters, including managing a document collection and production that involved over 70 million pages for review and a resultant production of over 26 million pages to a document repository shared by over 25 parties and housing approximately 55 million pages. Prior to joining Cravath, Jim clerked for the Honorable Sandra L. Lynch of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
