Gary has worked for Ford Motor Company in various capacities since 1975. From 1999 through September 2003 he was the managing attorney of the Discovery Group in Ford's Office of the General Counsel. This group is responsible for preparing written discovery responses in virtually all of Ford's litigation. Gary frequently speaks to various defense bar organizations, judicial conferences and other groups on electronic discovery, records management, and related matters. He has authored several papers on these subjects. Gary is the Chair of the Product Liability Council's Electronic Discovery Action Group and is a member of the Advisory Board of The Sedona Conference. He is presently Counsel - Transactions and Operational Efficiency at Ford Motor Credit Company.
