Michael specializes in antitrust, securities fraud, civil rights, employment discrimination, environmental and consumer rights cases. He has recently been involved in leading litigation against managed care companies and handgun manufacturers, and suing Monsanto for allegedly attempting to monopolize genetically modified crops. Michael also helped negotiate a $5.2 billion settlement on behalf of those enslaved by the Nazi's and major German corporations.
