Sherry has over 30 years of litigation experience. Her background includes intellectual property litigation, antitrust compliance, corporate records management, legal hold procedures, information lifecycle management, and electronic discovery. Sherry is a charter member of the Georgetown University Law Center E-Discovery Advisory Board and has participated on the planning committee and faculty of the Georgetown Law Advanced E-Discovery Institute, E-Discovery Training Academy, and Georgetown Law E-Discovery Practice Support Forum. She is a charter member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and a member of the WG1 Steering Committee. Sherry is co-author of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Best Practices for the Selection of Electronic Discovery Vendors: Navigating the Vendor Proposal Process; senior editor of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Cooperation Guidance for Litigators & In-House Counsel; Steering Committee liaison for The Sedona ConferenceŽ Database Principles, Public Comment Version; and co-editor of the first and second editions, and editor of the third edition, of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Glossary: E-Discovery & Digital Information Management.
