As Vice President of Medtronic’s Litigation Group, Sue is responsible for management of all litigation in the U.S. and Canada, including patent litigation. Under her management, Medtronic has tried numerous patent cases in jury trials and arbitration, refined in-house procedures for evaluation and management of IP, and partnered with key law firms to enhance Medtronic’s IP potential.
