Joseph is an attorney in the New York office of Scott & Scott, LLP. He specializes in complex litigation on behalf of clients in both state and federal court throughout the United States. Joseph has considerable experience in electronic discovery and is responsible for numerous multi-party productions involving terabytes of data and extensive volumes of electronic information. He was recognized for his achievements by his selection to the National Law Journal's "Plaintiff's Hot List." Joseph is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
