Professor Grimes is the Co-author (with Lawrence A. Sullivan) of The Law of Antitrust: An Integrated Handbook (West Group, 2000). Prior to teaching at Southwestern, he taught at Georgetown University Law Center and Columbus School of Law, and he served as Chief Counsel, Subcommittee on Monopolies and Commercial Law, Committee on the Judiciary, U.S. House of Representatives (1980-1988), Assistant to the General Counsel of the FTC (1978-1980), as the FTC Representative to the President's Reorganization Task Force (1977-1978), and in other positions with the FTC, the Department of Justice, and in private practice.
