Michael Gray's practice focuses on labor and employment litigation, representing corporate clients throughout the United States in employment discrimination lawsuits and class actions, wage-hour/FLSA complex litigation, and trade secrets and restrictive covenant matters. He spends considerable time working with clients on preventative measures, including drafting employment policies, counseling on disciplinary actions and investigations, negotiating severance and release agreements for executive terminations, and conducting employment practices audits. As result of his litigation practice, Michael specializes in the area of electronic discovery and the use of technology in employment litigation, and is a leader in the e-discovery field. He frequently speaks to clients, members of the bar and executives on the topic, writes regularly on e-discovery best practices, participates in Jones Day's E-Discovery Committee, and contributes to The E-Discovery Standard monthly newsletter.
