David is a partner in the Litigation Group of McCarthy Tétrault in Montréal, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation in the telecommunications industry. He has significant experience in electronic discovery and file management in both Ontario and the United States. David is a member of the Steering Committee of Sedona Conference® Working Group 7, "Sedona Canada," and served on the Editorial Board of The Sedona Canada Principles.
