Mark has been President of The Litigation Group since 1990, and has been a jury consultant for over 22 years consulting attorneys on over 650 civil cases regarding jury research, jury selection, voir dire, demonstrative evidence preparation, and post-trial juror interviews. He is a frequent media consultant, and his case experience ranges from antitrust to entertainment litigation. Prior to joining The Litigation Group, Mark was Co-Founder and partner in Applied Litigation Research, and a Vice-President with Litigation Sciences, Inc.
