Tim has practiced commercial litigation at Carrington for over two decades, and is now a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has handled a variety of complex litigation matters, including a recent focus on lawsuits involving claims of unfair competition and theft of trade secrets. He has been active in the Dallas Bar, having served as Co-Chair of the Bench/Bar Conference Committee and the Judiciary Committee.
