Aoife is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of A&L Goodbody and a member of the firm's Product Liability Unit, Employment Law Unit, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit. As well as being admitted to practice in Ireland, Aoife is qualified in New York and in England and Wales. Aoife concentrates on large scale commercial litigation, product liability and personal injury defence. She also represents clients in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including equality, harassment, dismissal, injunctive relief and privacy issues. Aoife is the Honorary Secretary of the Irish Commercial Mediation Association (ICMA) and a member of the Council of the ICMA, an organisation that seeks to promote the use of mediation to resolve commercial disputes in Ireland. She is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 - Sedona International.
